Foot and Mouth Studios was founded by myself Steve Embray and my brother Lee Embray as a means of recording our regular jam sessions. These sessions include collaborations with a range of musicians enabling us to produce a wider variety of material than we could as a band.

All of the tracks on this site started out as long improvised jams, which were then edited into individual tracks. Any overdubs have been kept to a minimum to try to keep the original vibe, although some have been added to give a bit more structure.
